Marketing & Sales Assistant

iShow.com, Inc. is looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the marketing and sales efforts of the company. The Marketing & Sales Assistant will be working directly with new and existing customers in coordinating promotional material for various projects. The Marketing & Sales Assistant is an integral part of our team.

Job Responsibilities to include:

Coordinate marketing collateral and other communication with sales team
Maintain customer account and profile information using CRM
Maintain database reports as necessary
Support Marketing and Sales department in off-site marketing and promotional opportunities
Print and assemble marketing collateral material
Performs research and other duties necessary to obtain information
Update and develop marketing materials and web site content.
Assists with implementation of marketing programs and initiatives to include database and target list management, direct mail fulfillment, and event management among other related projects.
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirement:

BA degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
2-3 years of Marketing and/or Sales Asst.
Excellent prioritizing skills / Ability to handle multiple projects/responsibilities assigned by multiple people
Excellent verbal / written communication skills
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and other MS operations
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly when interacting with both clients and vendors.
Occasional Travel required for Trade Show events
Detail oriented
Ability to handle details accurately and in a timely manner
Experience with NetSuite.com or similar CRM application a plus but not required

Web Developer

Design, create and edit dynamic video content based websites using SQL databases.

Development in ASP / ASP.Net and Flash with multi platform (WIN/MAC) browser compatibility (IE, Firefox, Safari)

Requirements:
Extensive experience in HTML and ASP/SQL coding incl. JavaScript, VBscript and integration of custom media player in various media codecs. Multi year experience and knowledge in developing Flash based websites, Flash media player customization and Flash video codecs. Plus an in depth experience of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office, MS Visio.
